Tim organised for us to do a couples chocolate making course in honour of Valentines Day and the anniversary of our arrival in London - it's been four years since we made the big move. We spent a fun and indulgent Sunday afternoon learning about the history of chocolate, making our own giant chocolate buttons and truffles, as well as a considerable amount of tasting! Highly recommended.
