This was the stunning view from my classroom window this afternoon. Yes, I was at school during my holidays when I should have been out playing in the snow! But with Tim away I was missing my snowman building and sledding partner, so I decided to keep busy with school work instead!
I did however manage to get out for a chilly late afternoon walk on Primrose Hill and in The Regents Park. Snow transforms usually grimy, grey London into something magical. But more than that I love the way it transforms peoples attitudes, the number of smiles I shared with strangers today was phenomenal for a city that usually avoids all eye contact.
