This weekend we decided base our weekly long run on a half marathon that was happening in Berkhampsted where Estelle's boyfriend lives. Tacking on an extra 6km beforehand on our way to the race meant we arrived slightly late and missed the official start, but wow did overtaking so many people feel good! I managed to finish in 1:58 which wasn't too bad considering the cracking pace Ralph the dog set on the 6km beforehand! And we've now got another medal to add to the collection!
