The mice problem we had when we first moved into this flat remains an ongoing battle. We reached breaking point the other morning at 4.30am when we were woken with incessantly loud squeaking. It seems they were having an improptu party in our kitchen and actually like the bait we have set out. Grrrrr!
In our london flat we had this thing that you plugged into the wall and it let of some sort of sound waves that only mice could hear. I think they might be quite expensive but it worked well and no dead mice to pick up!
