I'm quite pleased with our attempts at gardening considering our lack of garden. Outside our living room window is the roof of the flat below, which is total sun-trap and perfect for the tomatoes, chard and lettuce leaves we have growing in pots. Inside we've got basil, chives and parsley. And there's no grass to mow!
