Visiting the Real Food Festival at Earl's Court at the end of the day proved to be worthwhile when we scored some bargain lamb as one of the stalls had to get rid of all their stock. Not to mention all the amazing food we got to sample before hand. And we realised we are already following the 'Real Food' philosophies: making our own bread and beer (well, Tim is), having a weekly organic fruit and vege box delivered and even attempting to grow some of our own produce. What's next?
