Cruise Day 3: Korcula - Hvar

Monday morning there were only a few of us up for breakfast with the majority of the boat having had a big night in Korcula.  We had set sail pretty early around 5am and spent the morning sunbathing, reading and generally relaxing before lunch, then the afternoon was spent swimming and snorkelling in the beautfiully clear water.  Tim had fun jumping off the boat, while I was happy to sensibly use the ladder and laze on a lilo.

That afternoon we arrived in Hvar, one of the most well known islands in the Adriatic.  It's the place where the rich and famous like to hang out, and is a bit of a party island.
We went to this really cool beach club called Hula-Hula where we sipped drinks while watching a stunning sunset, at the end of which everyone broke into spontaneous applause.
That night we went to dinner with a group from the boat at yet another seafood restaurant where we were welcomed with complimentary grappa shots which were horrible, apparently they are supposed to stimulate your appetite before a meal!  Mario, the captain of our boat was also there having dinner and sent our table some Croatian pate, so we returned the favour by sending a shot of Jagermeister back to him!
