I love the the way this city allows us to be so spontaneous We randomly discovered on a Monday morning that a NZ theatre company were performing Shakespeare's 'Troilus and Cressida' at the Globe that night, translated entirely into Maori. This was the opening performance of the six week Globe to Globe festival, where theatre companies from all over the world have been invited to perform all of The Bard's 37 works. Coinciding with St George's Day as well as the anniversary of Shakespeare's birth and death days, we really couldn't give up the opportunity! An interesting way to spend a Monday evening, just a shame Tim had to dash off for night shift straight after the powerful haka finale.
